1. How can I order ?
You can order via our website or by phone on +34 871 70 24 35 (Landline) / +34 663 94 86 44 (Mobile) (Call-Back-Service) to receive your oven-fresh baked goods. Details are on the online order form on the initial page of the menu item "How do I order".

2. What is the Call-Back-Service ?
Would you like to place your order by phone or do you have questions about what we offer? We can call you back on your Spanish or German landline number free of charge. Please understand that unfortunately we cannot offer this service to mobile phone numbers.

3. Do I have to order every day ?
We would be happy to deliver to you every day but it isn't necessary for you to order on a daily basis. You can decide for yourself on which days and which products you would like to receive.

4. When does my order have to reach you at the latest ?
In order for you to enjoy our baked goods the next day, we ask that you submit your order by email or by phone before 8 pm on the day before. Later orders by phone will be accepted until 10 pm in exceptional cases.

5. Is there a minimum quantity per order or delivery charges ?
We'll deliver any order above the value of € 2.20 Majorca-wide without additional delivery charges. For smaller orders we charge € 0.60 per delivery.

6. How much do the baked goods cost ?
We offer our assortment at customary market prices. Simply compare our products to what your local baker has to offer.

7. What time will my order be delivered ?
Our drivers will supply you with your oven-fresh order between 5 and 8 am. If you wish a special delivery-time you can inform us any time by phone or under " New Registration", "Data Change" in your customer area. Please understand that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

8. Do I have to accept my order personally ?
No, of course not. We suggest that you make a suitable delivery place available. This could be a bag at your front door or a container with a lid. The sky´s the limit for ideas. Please inform us about your delivery place under "New Registration". You can enter and change the information any time in your customer area under "Data Change".

9. My delivery isn't complete, how can I make a complaint ?
We always try to carry out your order to your most complete satisfaction. If nevertheless you have reason for a complaint, we ask you to inform us through the "Contact Form" on the initial page or by phone.

10. How do I pay for the baked goods ?
Logged in you can select or change your desired method of payment in your customer area under "Payment". You can see your current mode of payment in "My Area" in the category "Mode of Payment". Please note that "invoice with preauthorized payment mandate" is offered only for inhabitants/residents of Majorca with a Spanish bank account. PrePaid method To load your charge account, please transfer your desired amount to our indicated account. The deliveries of your orders are carried out only in the context of your loaded credit. Unfortunately, we cannot grant you a line of credit with this method of payment. Please take into account that your charge account only has a credit at its disposal after the amount has been transferred. Remaining credits will be reimbursed any time. Simply contact us using the "Contact Form" on the initial page or by phone and give us your bank details. Cash at delivery Please deposit the amount for your daily order at the place agreed on. You can determine and/or change the place, which doesn't have to be identical with the delivery place of the baked goods, under "Data Change" in your customer area. If you haven't reached the minimum order value of € 2.20, please don't forget also to deposit the delivery charges to the amount of € 0.60. Invoice with preauthorized payment mandate Unfortunately we can only offer the choice - invoice with preauthorized payment mandate - to customers with a permanent place of residence in Majorca (inhabitants /residents) and a Spanish bank account. Please provide us with the necessary bank details and confirm the preauthorized payment mandate. We debit your bank account directly on a weekly basis, respectively on Monday. The button "Direct Debit Validity" must at least coincide with your first order. You can correct your account data in your customer area any time under "Data Change". per Paypal To load your charge account, please transfer your desired amount from your Paypal account to our indicated Paypal account. Please refer to your customer number. If you don´t have a Paypal account yet, you can open one any time by clicking on the Paypal logo. Paypal charges can be made through an EC number-/ Visa-/ MasterCard as well as by bank debit. Deliveries of your orders are carried out only in the context of your loaded credit. Unfortunately we cannot grant you a line of credit with this method of payment. Please bear in mind that your credit is at your disposal only after confirmation of your Paypal payment. This can in some cases take up to 24 hours. Remaining credits can be reimbursed any time through the "Contact Form" on the initial page or by phone after you have supplied us with your bank account number.
